Like Liberals

In two years we can go for unlicensed open carry or Constitutional carry....... That is the way you get things done! One bite at a time...... Just like eating an elephant......

I agree, but it sounds too much like the approach of liberal democrats to roll easily off my tongue. All the same, Lets Do It!

When a similar law passed in MO last year and went into effect in Oct, the local paper was full of "blood in the streets" and "scaring children" commentary. As it is, and in part perhaps because we had kind of a delayed implementation because of winter, I haven't had anyone get excited about my OC yet. Now we did get a restriction that OC was not RAS for stop and ask for CC which may be helping, but even very near cops, I have received nothing more than a nod or wave. The publicity was such that no cop could claim to not know about the statute. I hope it is much the same for TX.

Here in Oklahoma when they passed open carry there was shootouts everywhere. Our funeral homes prospered with record profits and the rain forest is being cut down at record numbers to make all the coffins. We have streets made from brass as they have discovered its all over the place and cheaper then asphault and no one is left alive to claim it giving the state salvage rights.

They have so many shootouts now that homes are being made out of armor and marketed as open carry proof. The state discovered so many bodies on the streets that they started paying .20 per body to anyone who picks them up and takes them to the cremation centers and some people reportedly made millions off of this deal. They are running a back log where some bodies sit for weeks in order to allow mass cremations where 100 bodies are burned at a time.

So much led is being sprayed that large portions of the population are suffering from airborne led poisoning. This is an epidemic not forecasted to end any time soon. Millions fled to Texas where open carry has previously not been legal and found it to be much safer but there are fears now that this may no longer be an option.

Not really but hey Moms Demand Victims and Blooming Idiot would have you believe it were true.

I think I just saw your story posted in Dallas Moaning news as a true story........ It said something about extensive research went into the writing of the story and many experts were interviewed before to ensure journalistic integrity.........

If it was in the DMN it would have this in front of the story:
(AP)....

The once great newspaper tripled its rates after Dallas Times Herald died and has lost 90% of its subscribers. Of course when you call to cancel they offer to discount the rate by 2/3s. I sure don't want to pay $300 a year for wire stories and Dallas Business Journal has much deeper business news.
