i wish i knew, but due to unforeseen circumstances i ended up going to omaha on last minutes notice that friday nite and didnt get home till about 9 pm saturday. needless to say i was pretty upset cuz i was looking forward to this get together

As for myself and my Son, we had a good time meeting the guys, could have been a little cooler tho, heck we even got press time with channel 2 news from St Joe. Only had one LEO come thru and he waved and kept going. Would like to do that again this fall sometime, might be a better turn out, however with the 8 that was there it was all good.

That's great! We need to have our own here in Independence. I'm just not good at putting these things together. I want to get my family involved. My wife is wanting to get her CCW. I recently took the wife to Bass Pro Shop (Independence) and they put a trigger lock my gun. I then went back to the gun range and inquired about shooting there and the guy had his back to us the whole time I was talking to him. Needless to say I won't be returning there again.

That would be great to one here in Indep, just need to find out what park we could meet at without having a lot of issues with LEO and such.

Just giving this a bump as a way to say hello to the other St. Joe open carriers. Hopefully if there is a meet and greet in the future, I can meet you there.

Well let's get another going before it get to cold last one was to hot now we don't want to go the other way.any Saturday is good for me,so let's get the ball rolling,and since its c ooler out now maybe our friends in indepdence will make another trip this way.hope to see you all again and hopefully many more
