From what I have heard about Liberty1st I'm probably right in line with a lot of others on major issues... but I'd like to think about it before I say yes.

(actually, I'm pretty sure I signed up for your email list at the Kzoo Tea Party... but I'll have to double check that)

And, considering this event is over, I'm sure it doesn't really matter if it gets "derailed" but starting a separate thread would be a good idea, you'd get more attention that way!:monkey

Just read that. HILARIOUS! Bout fell out of my chair. Think of the children! In public! Just think that a man sitting near you has a gun tucked in his waist? Um....if the man's just sitting, what's the problem? If there are 5 ppl legallycarrying on a bus, that's the bus I want to be on! Safest bus in town. Just like I'd said at the picnic, it's the safest picnic in the state! LOL ...And normalizing abnormal behavior - that's rich. Doesn't the term "normal" differ from individual to individual? I was raised around guns (and look, still alive!) and have been around them my whole life and have been carrying for a handful of years, so... seems quite "normal" to me. Some of these people should have been swallowed at birth. But all and all, thought that article was really humorous. Bad thing is, of course, the number of brainless people who will blindly follow articles like this.

I wouldn't worry about that too much. If someone hears a BS account of open carrying, gets concerned, and does research, it will inevitably lead them to find out the truth of the matter. If they hear about us, get concerned, and do nothing, it's still not a problem. ;)
