What people, most people, don't understand is that it does not matter how heinous, how many crimes the person committed, it is NO EXCUSE for justice not to be served.

In fact the test of the system and the integrity of it is proved when even the worst criminal gets a fair and impartial trial.

We're one of the few forums that realize the importance of this, that even if 10 guilty people go free it's better than having rights run over and innocents charged and jailed.

She may very well have been justified, but we don't know because she shut off the one device that would have instantly upon viewing it exonerated her from any wrong doing. That's my reason for posting - the fact that she shut off her camera first. Believe it or not I basically agree that there is a time and a place for police to use deadly force.

I wonder what she'll say about the fact that she turned off her cam. "I felt it would be more respectful to the family of the victim if there was no footage of me blasting his brain out the back of his head. It would have been quite graphic..."

Well, we know that she turned off the camera .. evidence that the cop intended on wrong-doing and that the shooting was premeditated. This cop is in big trouble.
