Contributions and comments are coming from all directions:

"With you brother"

"Tell Scouser to keep his chin up."

"Best of luck."

Sent from Afghanistan, WA, VA, PA, LA.....from the north, south, east, and west the outrage at the injustice is palatable.

Excellent consolidation of this as posted in Old Virginia News by Peter Nap.

This is beyond unconscionable behavior on the part of that jurist. How 'bout we flood his and his county's council email with outrage and demands that he step down or be removed? This boils my blood. That SOB has no reason to be deciding the fate of his bosses.

The handsome young videographer is presenting a list of "players" on both sides of this - read all about it following:

There are a number of good people involved in this case as "Players". I just haven't gotten the go ahead to publish anything about them yet. I will as soon as I hear from them.

The "Accusers":

Goodwyn
Mallory
Collegiate School

Will be featured shortly after the Court Reporter's transcript is released.

The General District Judge will also have a place in this.

Corry has not been included so far because the case is ongoing. He also deserves some privacy and we'll only release what he agrees to.

As the case proceeds, more information will be published.

Begin to see the "players" at post #477 >

Seeing as this has floated to the top, what IS the status on all of this? Has someone been paid? Is someone in jail (like the panty-waist that initiated all this carp)? Has the cop who was contacted so long after the fact punished in any way for the crime of being a total tool?
Looks like a great time for a update post. :p

Basically starting all over.

Court of Appeals has agreed (my understanding) to hear the case, but not set a date.

Meanwhile, we are in a holding pattern. Patience is being strained, but that is life......beats the alternative.

Still in a holding pattern at the Virginia Court of Appeals. Henrico County has been given what appears to be a no-deadline instruction to submit responses to the appeal filing. At the moment it appears that your basic glacier moves forward faster than this case.

Dropping Scouser a PM with words of encouragement would not be remiss.

stay safe.

Depends - Henrico doesn't change often.
