According to the online court records, they're accusing her of being drunk in possession of a firearm and ccw.
I'm curious to know how they get the ccw. If she was on her own property that's impossible. All that's said in the article(s) is that she fired into the air once during an argument.
ETA: Of course, this is in Milwaukee... they'll throw everything they can at someone.
