With proper representation the ex-vet will be living in the lap of luxury.. This is an easy 1983 suit.. I would also like to see criminal charges filed under title 18 241-242..

We see these types of incidents posted here often, however we never see the happy ending.. Positive follow up information on the charges and the suit would assist in minimizing our anger towards untrained, inhumane thugs operating under the color of authority and law.

Thank you for the article and the warning. Those abusers of power deserve nothing less than financial ruin. Sad that this was a 2-1 opinion and not a 3-0 opinion. There are actually people in black robes that condone this sort of abuse. And the libtard snowflakes wonder why we are mad as hell and not willing to take it anymore.
