Far too easy and far too much reliance on the benevolence of a judge. Facts are secondary to the absolute immunity a judge enjoys in his courtroom.

MOMMA's suffer no consequence because they enjoy a 1A right to spew their bile...as well they should. We have our 1A right to put forth the facts. I believe that the vast , no, overwhelming, majority of our fellow citizens are quite aware of the facts. I believe that cops in states where the OC of a handgun is "legal" also know the facts. What is needed is a effort to punish a 911 caller for "SWATTING" a OC as we punish a fella calling 911 over cold French fries.

I would suspect if a caller claimed the citizen was brandishing or pointing said weapon such a call could led to problems hence always always have the video recorder on your person.. Now more then ever it is paramount to protect oneself against false accusations from the anti fearful public..

Upon more pondering on this horrible unconstitutional gun grabbing issue, some queries and thoughts entered my mind.

How are these unlawful unconstitutional confiscations going to be implemented? Visions of storm troopers and middle of the night/early morning hour no-knock warrantless raids filled my mind.. And therein lies another problem/issue. Lawlessness leads to more lawlessness since lawyers and judges will become part of said lawlessness, the size of this unconstitutional grabbing and its ramifications could becoming seismic especially if there is a financial gain for the government.
