Well, right now there is no date on when the committee will begin to go over SB680 (or the other two OC Preemption bills that are in the House) and I couldn't find anything on the Senate's site about it, so I don't know either. It could be

Updates???

So who has taken lead on updating these lists? I check Municode and Sullivans for where I'm going to travel for updated code, but what will the nature of this list be? A guideline that will be updated quarterly or ??? Just curious, I'm willing to help if necessary. My intent behind the question is will this be our panacea for current OC friendly/unfriendly code or should I just keep checking on my own as it is? Thanks gentlemen, I hope the Holidays are treating you well and may this New Year bring positive change for our Rights.

You are in CA? If you venture to MO. post wehere you are and you'll probably get soem answers of OC legal or not. Muni-laws cahnge from time to time. The only way to know for sure is to go to to the local laws on file for yourself.
