IMHO the one thing he did right as president was signing the bill making homebrewing legal. (When prohibition ended, they made winemaking illegal but homebrewing was overlooked)
He didn't cause tension in the middle east...that's been there for thousands of years of course. But it was because of his administration's diplomacy in Iranthat we became the "greater satan" and starting us off down a long path (that others, including Bush have continued and worsened) of trouble in the region.
