? Ok. Sorry to hear that. Are you looking for assistance in acquiring said video?

You can try the LA times. If you check the article in the OP it explains they showed the jurors a video multiple times and there was separate audio. Perhaps you could request it from the court house?

Im sure there are others on here who can help you that are much better at getting documents/ video then I am.

Good luck. Keep us updated on how you make out.

You asserted the existence of the video, therefore YOU should produce it.

I constantly herald your rationality. Please be rational here.

Eye I asserted that from the article. That's all. I just didn't copy and paste with quotes. I even described where in the article. So really I'm asserting that the article says that and it does. No more no less.

Never asserted I saw the video. Never asserted where the video is. Never asserted k agree Wii
That anything. K asserted that there was a video the JURY saw not me. That assertion was based on the article I cited.

Hopefully the Fed will file criminal charges and these vile animal criminals will get send away for a very long time..

How did the prosecutor lose this case? Makes one wonder where/how he received his law degree..

Hopefully justice will prevail.

Maybe, just one, you should try watching the video before engaging in blind apologia.

Can you please repost me apologizing for anyone or anything? I've completely stayed out of other then stating there was a video that the jury saw that the defense claimed showed something.

I pulled that directly from the article didn't even remotely add opinion or anything to it.

Guys are just trying to twist nothing into something.

Here's some advice: QUIT WHINING.

I can almost stomach your deceptions, cherry picking, your arsenal of fallacies, but your incessant fricking whining has got to go. Your own mother would be moved to take a lead pipe to you for less.

I will say this, I generally think the Feds do a worse job then local or state in nearly everything....

however if ever there was a case to be made for federal involvement this is it.

Personally, If I were a US Attorney, I'd file 18 USC 242 for civil rights violation resulting in death, then publically announce I'm filing for the death penalty...... that would up the ante very quick......

I would say that he is responding to a large volume of whining from multiple sources here. Just challenge his ideas.

And that would be what he whines about...

Calling him on Bovine Scatology is not whining, crying about being called out, and jumping in on the crying game is whining. You are just as bad as he is, good for the cheese business though.

Interesting thought though, FBI and the DA both claimed there was the right to resist this arrest. A right some claim don't exist.

Anyone who would follow a law that states you cannot resist where the cops are trying to kill you is a fool who will end up taking a dirt nap.

Cop wants to arrest without PC? He's going to be subject to a citizen's arrest with this subject ... for kidnapping; he can argue his authority in court to the arrest..it does not exist until plead in court.

Predictable: Cyclops wants his job back

Cicinelli was accused of repeatedly using the butt of his Taser to beat Thomas’ face, which he described in a recording from the scene as “smashing his face to hell.”

Read more: http://ktla.com/2014/01/15/ex-offic...homas-death-wants-his-job-back/#ixzz2qZbw0gzJ

Cicinelli's attorney believes his client should have his job back, and society should just ignore the sick, savage brutality his client represents because "Cicinelli’s identity is very much wrapped up in being a police officer."

John Wayne Gacy's identity was wrapped up in entertaining kids.

Cicinelli offers no apology for his part in the senseless, brutal beating death of a mentally handicapped man. His defense argued that he was acting within "police guidelines and training". Not that what Cicinelli did was wrong. Or beyond brutal. And sick. Within guidelines. Making it OK.

GITMO detainees are safer than many are here on our own streets. The National Safety Council claims you are 8 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than by a terrorist. I'm beginning to wish I had a choice in who I was forced to deal with......

THIS:
cicinelli.jpg

OR TAKE MY CHANCES WITH THIS:

criminal.jpg

If I resist the first one, I can legally be killed in the most brutal, sadistic methods imaginable.

If I resist the second one, a criminal, I can use any means available to protect myself.

I know I sound like an ingrate, but something seems messed up here......

You’re Eight Times More Likely to be Killed by a Police Officer than a Terrorist

It got a lot of attention this morning when I tweeted, “You’re Eight Times More Likely to be Killed by a Police Officer than a Terrorist.” It’s been quickly retweeted dozens of times, indicating that the idea is interesting to many people. So let’s discuss it in more than 140 characters.

The National Safety Council did that study ten years ago. I'll try to find the source I read recently that claims that we are twenty nine times more likely to be killed by a police officer than a terrorist.

If a person is unjustly killed by a police officer is not that terrorism?

Yes. Probably the most insidious kind of terrorism. Jihadists are motivated by their religion. German SS did what they did due to brainwashing and conscription. The police that unjustly kill here do it because they want to.

I disagree that some police kill unjustly because they want to. I think they are brainwashed into fearing the population based on their belief everyone is or could be a criminal.

Someone like Harless suffers from additional ego, elitism and authoritarian power issues, which makes him and those like him dangerous, cop or not. Cops just have more power and less accountability than the rest of us, which is why they are judged so harshly.
