The dude that got shot could have been a solid guy who helped people and didn't want to hurt anyone

You missed the part about how he'd beaten up the victim not even 2 weeks prior to his final attack.
Then when he tried to do it again, with friends this time, the intended victim would have none of it.

3 on 1 sounds to me like a very reasonable self-defense scenario, esp. with the attacker being known to the victim & having previously harmed him.

Should he have called police afterward, run back to the restaurant & had them call, driven himself to a station, stopped the first officer he saw? Yeah, any of those would have been a better response. But I don't fault him at all for defending himself.

THIS. Rapper wanted to live a thugs life and died a thugs life. Well just think how many more cd's that are going to sell now that hes dead. I have no pitty for any rapper who makes money off of selling & glorifying that hate filled crap and act out the lifestyles that they associated with it as art. Karma's a blank and hope he enjoys his fame in hell. Here’s a news flash. Example If you got shot in a war, you’re a hero. If you got shot in the rear end while holding up a liquor store you’re a god --- menace to society and an idiot to boot. This man earned every bullet. Sorry I have no sorrow or pity for thugs like him or wannabe thugs like that, when krama comes a knocking I hope that life style is what they get in return and worse.

This is exactly my point, you didnt know the guy. You say he "lived a thugs life" but how the heck do you even know that? Im sure you read my post about how rappers identifying with their lyrics is about as true as actors identifying with all their roles etc.... rapping is entertainment and people do what they need to do to sell.

If a guy that makes movies where people are robbed, beaten and killed actually gets killed, is it his own fault for "glorifying" the acts in his movies, the way rappers glorify the acts in their lyrics? Someone said this guy had beaten up the man who shot him yet i think that was only testimony of the shooter and never something he reported. He also said that the reason he got in his car and drove off is because he thought the guys friends might be close, so it doesnt nessecarily seem like a "3 on 1" situation.

Take away the fact that this guy was a rapper and most of you would say the shooter was out of line
