Well as a strong supporter of the legislation and reading this "No one died in the shootings, though one person is in critical condition." I would have to say I would recommend an amendment to it to issue no less than 500 rounds a month to each citizen to help improve marksmansip.

beyond that, it will have little to no affect, but it will give the tard chappelle something to again flap her gums about.
