True. Just wondering how they would know when myfather actually gifted me the guns.
The bottom line is vote our conscience, I can only explain why I won't vote or didn't vote for 591. I was pretty much doctor no and NOTA on this ballet. Repeal all tax increases and no to any more. And a local dog got my voter over our horrible unopposed prosecutor.
I did the same thing I did in the primary.... I wrote in John T. Williams.
Mike Hunt got a vote from me along with Phil O'Stein
The NRA, GOA, and others failed to reach the general populace. I got plenty of notices from them about 594 and spread the word to everyone I could, but most of those people didn't vote and those that did already knew as I did. We didn't stand a chance.
Our only hope now is for the courts to strike the law as being against Article 1 Sec. 24 - plus strike the transfer language as being ambiguous. I thought I heard that legal action would be taken, but that is hearsay.
Sorry everyone I stayed in Washington long enough to vote against 594 now that is has gone completely anti firearm its time to get to my new state ( Oklahoma ) where they don't have so many Obummer loving Natzi,s good luck in the future .
No. It will only go the Supreme Court if a challenge is presented that the Supreme Court accepts as valid. Someone with standing will have to file a lawsuit. The court cannot initiate an action - the court can only resolve an action that is brought before it.
Who do I write/email/call when I have a question about a potential "transfer" that I am just about to do? How many of my legislators should I CCmail to ensure everyone is on "the right page"? Inquiring minds want to know.

I'm having a really hard time finding a straight answer on this - and the actual text of the bill is so confusing that it doesn't help me..
The new waiting period of 10 days is for pistols only, right? And the provision to call in the NICS check immediately and purchase same day with a WA CPL is no longer available?
