So I've been busy & Haven't made it in, in a while But sadly I'm leaving for GA in 19 days give or take. So I can't make next months.
I might be back some time next year for a meeting or two but I'm trying to get deployed after training so I most likely won't make it in for a long time.

Just open carried for the first time the other night. This is only the second forum I've ever joined, but the first one has taught me a bunch about posting, navigating, etc.

I will do my best to go to the third Saturday meetings, since my life circumstances have finally gotten to point where I can put myself first. e.g. kids are grown, don't work overtime anymore, etc.

I will slowly update my profile, but here's the basics:
Gunner's Mate 1988-1992
Former FF/EMT (came down with athsma)
Supervisor at PSNS
Becoming active at KRRC
Joined both Oath Keepers and Constitution Party last year. (BTW, that was first time in my life I felt right about my vote).

Hey there brother! My name kind of gives it away but I too am a former freighter but I had to give it up due to a combination of politics, a heart problem and a few on the job injuries. I am still a EMT for the county it will be nice to talk to someone who understands my acronyms. I will try and make to this months 3rd Saturday meeting, I am a little hit and miss when it comes to them

hey as you all know I made it with my two little boys and just wanted to say thanks for inviting us and hope to be there next time and for the years to come.

I came in just as your son tripped on your foot and fell down..
I kidded you about tripping kids..
Then you and your sons sat by the window and quietly ate your lunches.

I didnt even know you were really there.
I didnt know we had invited you to be there.
I didnt know you were a 2A advocate.
I still dont know if you were Open Carrying.
And because of all that, I didnt include you in my list of attendees.

Please do come again, next month!

It is hard to get a word in edgewise.
We love to talk,,, but not listening soooo much.

A year ago he didn't even want to see or be around a gun. Now he's flipping through my gun magazines and has actually held a few guns. Sometimes progress is slow. Give him time.

Who are you trying to convert. (notice the period not question mark) We should all be trying to add new people to our ranks.

I would have sat with yall but it was a wee bit snug over there if you know what I mean. Maybe we can all sit outside nextime where we got a little bit more room.

We sat outside a bunch of times when the weather was nicer. not sure I will want to be outside for lunch in Oct unless it is unseasonably warm.

It's coming around again

Our monthly meet at the Hideaway is coming around again we had A great turnout last month lets see if we can fill the place again this month. First one there coffee is on me.
