well in that situation in the picture.......2 options really. do everything he says and pray he doesnt kill you.


or seeing the positioning of the knife...which does not appear to be directly infront of the coritied artery, more behind it......attempt to free yourself, pay your artery does not get cutt, take a huge chance with the gun he happens to be holding, pray your not shot 12-17 times with that glock. attempt to draw your weapon after being gouged with a knife. and pray your 1-2 rounds you MIGHT be able to to squeeze off hit and drop him.

although yet again seeing as both your arms are barred, and he has 2 weapons one very close to a vital blood supply......just pray lol

however if i was NOT the hostage........call a hostage negotiator.

Relax, Relax, Relax. To the point that I become a dead weight he has to hold up. What's he gonna do shoot me? If I'm in that situation, that ain't no threat. Our swat teams think poodles are threats, they are liable to think I'm in on it and play actinghostage and shoot me anyway, or shoot me by mistake, or I'm gonna be shot when they've put up with this crap long enough.

He needs a good talking to.Somehow he doesn't grasp my reality. Explain to him over and over that the fat ugly broad he sees over there is my wife and that he is truely doing me a favor by putting me out of my misery, and that if he really wanted my co-operation, he'd shoot her. She has been running around with a preacher,and is holding over my head the night I tied one on and screwed our goat. I really have nothing to live for. My house is being foreclosed on, I've lost my job, my kid is a vegetable in a mental hospital, my dog is gay, and the goat left me for a sheep. I've been contemplating suicide for a while now but I've not had the guts to pull the trigger. Please pull the trigger or slit my throat, it'd be a favor...

All the while this dummy has to hold my fat ass up. This won't last long one way or the other. I will have the satisfaction of knowing he is going down too.

If I am looking at it from the perspective of the picture (hostage and bad guy in front of me) I will make sure I get to safety and call 911. I don't know that dude and I wish him well but before I start blazing away either I or my family need to be in danger. I know that many will not agree with me but I wear asbestos boxers.

If I am the hostage I will probably start trying to repair my relationship with God.
