When you advertise to criminals your employees can't carry firearms and are fired if they do....guess what happens? Btw...I live 1 mile from this location, I'm glad I vowed to never shop there again.
Suspect sought in Eastpointe Walgreens robbery
Eastpointe— Police are searching for a man they say used a gun to hold up a Walgreens drug store at 8 Mile and Kelly Road on Thursday.
Police say the suspect entered the store at 9:40 p.m. armed with a handgun and wearing a mask. He approached the manager near his office and demanded money, which he stuffed into a bag before fleeing, according to Lt. Dave Ernatt with the Eastpointe Police Department.
The man was last seen running north through the store's parking lot. He is described as about 25 years old and 5-foot-7-inches tall with a thin build, Ernatt said. He was wearing a dark-colored, hooded sweatshirt and black jeans, Ernatt said.
Anyone with information should call the Eastpointe Police Department at (586) 445-9435 or (586) 445-9415.

And non-police civil servants.
The case is "Hoven v. Walgreen Co.", case number 1:2011cv00881, filed August 19, 2011 in Michigan Western District Court, Southern Division (1) Office.
It is reportedly available on PACER, but I don't have an account (yet). Who can get a copy of the complaint?
Hello? Those with access to PACER, what's the hold up? (I'm still waiting on the registration.)
Free membership here (7 days) would allow you to read it (I think).
