"She" is the store manager, referred to as "her" by SVG.

"He" is the security guard, who wasn't identified by gender in SVG's report, so I used the default male reference.

It wasn't that hard to decipher; I quoted SVG's use of "she" and "her", which obviously wasn't referring to his wife:
