A question...
If CT consumers have been given permission to sue the manufacturer of the item that killed my loved one does this mean for example i now have the privilege to sue the vehicle manufacturer whose ‘safety’ devices weren’t adequate, or the vehicle maker of the drunk driver who hit them, or the manufacturer of any article used in the hands of the assailant to kill/injure my loved ones?
Think about the precedent being set.
