Still not a citation proving that the states even issue a license to practice law.

You are simply bleating like the rest of the sheep. You are believing all of those unbacked claims and never question them, never taking the effort to see if they are valid or not.

Just admit that your claim that there is a license to practice law was mistaken.
You ignore the specific responses then move to insult. Such is not well received on this forum.

Statute law and case law require that many different vocations must be licensed. To do otherwise is to spin the wheel and take your chances....with rather predictable results.

How can there be a requirement for a license that is never issued?

Since you claim that there is a license then prove it. Find one and photograph it.
Your dodging is doing nothing but proving that you are mistaken and that there is no such thing as a license to practice law.

You are upset because I only want the truth pointed out and am tired of the bleating trust of the government. I even had it confirmed by an attorney that there is no such thing as a license to practice law in this country.

Yet you keep claiming that there is and if you can cite the law issuing a license I will concede my mistake. I have looked for such a law in my home state after learning about a lack of such a law in other states. I do not like to believe claims like this made by people on the radio and so I checked it out to try and prove that they were wrong so I could call in another day with law in hand proving that they were wrong.

Prove me wrong or admit your mistake on this topic. If you prove me wrong by citing the issuing law then I will concede to you. Plain and simple per the established rules on this forum. You have claimed that there is a license to practice law and I want you to prove it.

You have no license to seemingly be so obtuse. You beat a horse not worth riding. Do you really desire more?

Not sure what you are trying to prove. Washington requires you to be a member of the BAR association, not have a license.
