Just find a hungry lawyer that wants to make 40% or whatever it is they charge of I'd say hmmm sue for 10 Million and settle out of court for 200k. Hell that's what I'd do.

If someone doubts me, thinks that I might be a sniveling and showboating forums troll, but has enough respect to give me a proper chance to prove my word is good, then I would give him the respect he deserves and answer his queries as they should be. I welcome honest skepticism, and when properly presented & utilized, can give new avenues of approach that would otherwise be missed... instead if knee-jerk inferences..... or expose me as a sniveling, showboating forums troll. Sir, that I've seen how you treat people, hiding behind a screen name and eleventeen thousand posts, I now know who the troll is.

5) It is a shame you didn't follow all of the rules, didn't have a digital recorder, didn't follow through and experienced personal difficulty as a result. Time is not in your favor.

6) You wanted to warn other people that bad things can happen. You did that; we already knew that and we'll add it to the list of how to not do things. Beyond that what is your goal?

Well it the links are to this event, I would have to ask did you threaten your instructor and did you threaten suicide? I realize you may have a monkey on your back, but if you did do these things then you have to know you would be under a heightened scrutiny.

you did say "ask a straight question get a crooked answer" which could be seen as questioning someones word.

you also wondered if his comprehension was low tonight which could also be taken as personnel attack. In general I would have to admit you did come off as be rather confrantational from the beginning.

Crooked answer = avoiding the question, not answering the one(s) asked, providing information not relevant to the point. That does put into question comprehension - maybe from being tired, maybe intentionally.

It is not confrontational to call for clarification. Being confrontational is neither wrong or bad in any event. The objective should be to report or reply based on facts not emotion or personal attacks. You do agree, right?

There are rules here for a reason - many which have been broken/ignored in these postings.

You're not the only one who's lost expensive toys. Maybe it's only pocket-change to you, but not only did all of my guns (except the ones in police custody) vanish at that point, my 2006 Santa Cruz Nomad and 2008 Nirve cruiser also vanished.

I don't accept your thanks for my service. I don't think you mean it anyways. First, you openly disregard it's validity to the topic and my honesty, and NOW you thank me? Wow.

My now edited post included information which was redundant and had little to do with the topic at hand. I'm sure the many of the 400 or so people who read my orginal posts before I edited them would agree. In fact, I even put a note stating that I *had* edited things, and *why* at the bottom of the page. Does it really add anything to the OP by my saying I had to stay in Tent City after I was dumped out of county?

And you're coming very close to insulting me again for hiding things. In my OP it stated from the first that I would provide the arrest report to *any OCDO* member who asked. Right under where I stated that I would not post them publicly. Or did you not parse that either? Sir, not from the beginning, and not even to this point have you ASKED ME for the arrest reports (and anything else you needed pertinent to the topic). Instead you chose to continously demand information already contained within my orginal post, in a way that was snide and confrontational, and then you challenge me at my word. Or do you also accuse me of going back to cover myself for editing a very long post for time?

It doesn't matter if *you* think you didn't insult me, what matters is if *I* think so. And you very much did.
And I didn't make any threats, only statements of fact. Someone insults my Army service the way you did (AND YES YOU DID), they normally end up on the ground. And that if you *had* been standing in front of me, the same would've applied. Not *will*. Threats don't work in the past tense.

So are you going to keep sniping at me and hiding behind board rules, and forcing me to keep answering your misdirective and insulting comments, or are you going to come out and add something useful to the conversation?
