What if someone is attacking me with a rifle (especially if they are wearing body armor)wouldn't I need a rifle to defend myself? Rifles and pistols can be used offensively or defensively and should be treated the same.

I will say that probably 8-10 people had long guns at the Second Amendment March on the 10th, some loaded, and nobody had any problems. It's not hard to be safe with a loaded rifle on a sling.

OTOH calling people faggots because they fail to grasp that is less than endearing. Not to mention potentially offensive, I'm sure some of the pink pistols guys would take offense at being lumped in as anti-long-gun carry.

:celebrate

Anyway, I can't make the event as I already have some cool gun-related stuff going on that day, but hopefully it will be a success.

Last year we had the same rule about long guns. Yet you attended the walk. Why did you attend the walk last year if you were against the "no loaded long gun" rule? I recall you had a slight objection to it, but decided to come anyway.

If you also recall, you came over to my place afterwards to shoot guns. You shot quite a few rounds through my FAL and .50 BMG, and I gave you the ammo to do it. I also gave you100 rounds (two boxes)of 9 mm to shoot. (Technically I lent it to you, but I'll never see the money, so I've written it off.)

Nice way to treat someone who has beenso generous to you...

Unfortunately guys although I was able to make last years this year I will not unless work changes their mind today. I might be able to tho, cause my work is already being kinda sketchy about us working tomorrow. If anyone in the Piqua,Troy,Sidney area will be going please let me know if I might be able to catch a ride with you. If not that if fine too.
