They will refuse your donation if you dare to take responsibility for your own safety.

Thank you for your email..
I can't suspend our policy since the same issues that we have
discussed as to why the policy was put in place, still apply.

Thank you however, for thinking of donating blood for your community..

Best regards to you..

Mr. Regal,

The VCDL (the gun rights organization I belong to) is having a
gathering on ..........

If we can get enough names would you be willing to schedule a blood
bus *AND* relax the 'no guns' rule?

Thank you, ++++

Ask 'em - I thought they were the same.

Or maybe you'd be better off not asking, especially if you have successfully carried with them.

I will write the main office, no worries. Actually I like Va Blood services better. With the red cross they should allow us than to donate with the stipulation not to be used on criminals.

I wonder if they as well see by numbers on a petition how many would be willing to make it a greater effort to donate if they they changed their policy. They could do their own pole. Question to add to their screening. Should lawfull gun owners be allowed to donate within the limits of state law.

Follow up with Va Blood Services......Not to be confused with Red Cross.........they have agreed to do a gun friendly blood drive....I as well have confirmation that for starters, Greg the GMof Bass Pro in Ashland will work with me on this as a joint effort.....Good exposure as we should be able to have VCDL tables and so fourth. As it gets closer I will start it under a separate thread. I will also be working on getting pledges to be there to donate.
