However, I must admit that you seem to have handled it the best way you thought appropriate. You made a choice, and came home with your better half all unscathed, so good on you for that!

The better half an I were ready,as noted by the LEO. We recorded all signs, and were able to assure him the festival grounds were not posted, the grounds employee, who I am sure made the call, even ran and looked. This was, "the first time in twenty years I have ever seen any thing like this, so why the gun". I was the first to carry in those festival grounds, and the first, man with a gun call he ever had in such a venue. Your response is well noted. What was done, is done.
