As of today, there is and can be no specific legislation. The legislative session begins Monday, February 06, 2012 at 1:30 PM. The legislators have a very limited time in which to run their bills. One has to be ready well in advance to get anything accomplished.

There has been specific legislation in years past, but between our former governor vetoing a perfectly good bill, and last year's hijack amendment, it hasn't happened yet.

This is true. That's why we're signing petitions, creating web pages, wearing empty holsters everywhere we go, and anything else we can do to gain support.
