A few weeks ago, I did a news story with Rachel DePompa from NBC Ch. 12. The story is about guns being stolen from cars and proper storage of firearms in a vehicle. I just found out that the story will air tonight at 11pm, and again tomorrow at 4pm, if anyone is interested in watching.

Found the video and article...,

by clicking on WWBT. Title was a bit misleading, intentional? Good overall, good tips, Jim, as usual. Carry On.

Sorry Wolf shadow...,

Could you please post the link?

I'm not computer savvy enough to do that, maybe my wife can do it when she comes home, or maybe the Grapester can do it before that. If I knew how, I'd be glad to do it! Gotta learn that one o' these days!

Appreciate the muzzle control and trigger discipline demonstrated in your disarm to secure firearm snippet.
Jim is consistently safe and always on target - pun intended.

The packaging deters being easily found - which is the whole point.

Harder to lift the trunk lid that to gain access into that thing ... that particular model is garbage.

Yes yes, lock you doors. Unless you don't care about that Hi Point from being stolen (and who would?).

I heard about a guy who fired a Hi-Point, which blew up. The shrapnel killed his whole family, the bullet ricocheted and killed his dog, and then sparks from the ricochet burned his house down, and then the shell casing landed on a voting machine and registered a vote for the political party he disagreed with. Yep, true story.

Internet rumor :uhoh: Problem is that some people will buy into it.

ALWAYS include a disclaimer, note of deep sarcasm.

George Washington, Abe Lincoln and JFK are alive living in a government bunker waiting on the right time to take over. :p:p

Since the guy blew up and all his family died who gets the HiPoint?

You don't need to know what kind of device or tool was used to send this
