You've got a point. Its a better idea to be combative with the police. Sometime i get really scared to be casted in the same light as some of you people. I carry to protect myself and my family, not overthrow a government. Suppose you don't get "loaded onthe train" are you going to gain air superiority? No, probably not. better ground forces, tanks, weapons and ammunition? No, probably not there either. So then what? Suppose they have a "train" to load us on and fema camps do exist in the same form. Who are they going to be loading up? the guy who says he'd comply with LEO's or the guy who thinks the governemnt is out to get him, and he's armed?

I'm betting, if I do make it to the "train" you and I will be able to get a game of cards in.:)
Hopefully I'll be dead by then. Hard to play cards with a dead man, takes the fun out of it. No peeking at my cards;) Oh wait he won't care he's dead. I'm all in.
LMFAO. If you're serious, could you please hit the ATM before you go? I can't play with no money, it takes the fun out of dead guy poker.
I won't have any money as how I spent it all on the revolution! All I'll have left is my stinking corpse. I'll raise ya.
Theres a good chance that when doomsday comes, all the food will be gone. I'll probably cook your corpse and sell it all off as chicken.
Sounds good. I'm all for recycling. But only if you use the funds to further the revolution.

You bet I will. I hate to break it to you like this though, but I'm probably only on the train to watch prisoners. Thers a good chance I loaded you all on there with my commie pinko flag flying in the wind. Remember, Big brother is watching you.

As a side note, I had people from Michigan Dept. of Corrections felony recovery unit (whatever that means) show up at my door, looking for someone who lived here before I did. The agent also had what I assumed to be 2 US Marshals with with him, based on the shape of their stars.

Interestingly enough, even though they seemed to be eager to enter my house, I didn't let them. I never said no, but I also never said yes. And I stepped out on my porch to speak with them.

The DOC agent apparently knew I was not his subject, and asked if I knew the person he was looking for or his girlfriend. I didn't. Also, interestingly, he never asked for ID, just asked who I was, which I told him. I also assured him, that this person he wanted was not in my house, and that if I ever saw him, I'd call him.

All things considered, I think it went very well. All in all, this is an interesting house. In the 4+ years my family has lived here, we've been visited by Lansing PD, Ingham County Sheriff (twice), Michigan State Police, Dept. of Corrections WITH US Marshals office, and I even had a bail bond agent show up once. Always looking for people who don't live here anymore.

I recently contacted Lansing PD to see if they could tell me what went on before I moved in and found out they had shut down a Marijuana grow operation here in 2003.

Darn it, I miss all the action. :)

And yet, people still manage to ask you: "Why would you ever need a gun?"

The first year we lived in that house, I must have had about a dozen "late night" callers, come knocking at the door. I'm talking past midnight.

Most people figured out right away, the previous tenant didn't live here anymore. But one or two, took a little convincing.

Yeah, I even had a neighbor (someone who has lived in this area for 10+ years) say to me, "What do you need a gun for?" I just told her, come spend some time at my place, late at night, and we can take turns answering the door, you without a gun, and me with. Then you can ask me that question again, IF you feel like it. :)
