I don't understand what is so difficult about this ******* question. Now Janice is saying The Head of HR was gonna call me about it but he had to go out of town. I didn't know there weren't any phones out of town.

Anyhow apparently he is avoiding providing a written answer, which I find highly suspicious.

Will keep you updated

Been there with theaters.

Get ready for the Vaseline.

We had a few individual successes at Bow Tie Movieland here in Richmond... then we did an OC movie of about 8 or 9 people. Halfway through the movie the manager stood in the door and watched us. He waited until the end to tell us that corporate policy was no guns.

He didn't want your guns, but he was more than happy to take your money first...

His story was that he wasn't sure about it and while we were watching the movie he contacted corporate at that time and got an answer in the negative and since we had started the movie he wanted to be polite and let us finish it. Or like you said, wait until it was the point of no return in the sense of us being able to ask for a refund.

He stood in the door and watched us for a bit to make sure we weren't in a Mexican standoff, shooting the screen, or something. Peter Nap went back and talked to him and I believe was told something to the effect of "hey if I can't see it... well then what I can't see can't hurt me." Of course that doesn't help those without a permit, and I still won't spend my money there but basically... to my knowledge he played the "out of my hands" card about it.

Yep, that's about it.
I spent a couple of weeks back and forth with the President of the Corp, their lawyer and another member of the board. They really wanted the business but in the end, decided guns had no place there.

So, if you had just CC'd we'd all still be allowed to carry there yes? You know, say, if the question had never come up? Good to see you furthering the cause.

What's this "We'd All" stuff.
Since Non CHP gun owners out number CHP'ers a hundred to one, maybe you'd better rethink your definition of "All".

How would CCing further the cause of open carry? So, if you hadn't posted that, whether or not you're a moron would still be up in the air yes? You know, say, if you didn't spell it out so clearly? Good to see you being so forthright.

Curtis,

Thank you for you well thought out and almost name calling email. So defensive you get when offered a differing point of view. I see that you've mastered the art not really, but not not really calling me a moron. You guys and your open carry agenda...its like soda. You want the biggest soda you can get, but if you get ice in it then it melts and waters down the drink. If you just get soda, it goes flat. You get it? Probably not. Its ok.

So anyways my point is this, get your CHP and you could have CC'd, eliminating the problem of now having a "no guns" stance. You can still OC and make all the people go "wow" when you're not watching a flick at the local moving picture joint.

I'm glad you liked the post, I figured you would as it followed your own style, but only mocking you instead of open carry. It's not being defensive, however. I just wanted to let you know that I think you're a moron/troll and I did so by way of taking your post and changing a few words. It was an opportune moment, and I took advantage of it. I can see why you would like to call it defensive in hopes of setting the tone as "Well I've called him out on being defensive and insinuated that I'm right about everything and thus have cart blanche to say and infer whatever I'd like because he'll only reaffirm it by being defensive" for any further discourse we may have.

A no guns stance is a no guns stance regardless of carry method. I'm not sure what you don't get about that. Sorry, I won't bother dumbing it down into an analogy of soda, Skittles, nor any other form of junk food for you either.

PS: Don't even bother... I won't:

Differing opinion? Must be a troll.

The OCDO mantra is "Rights, Rights, Rights" until you hear things you don't like. Then its "ban, ban, ban".

Ignore me. It makes me feel good, like I struck a nerve or something.
