I have a question for those living in maine . The statute regarding carrying a firearm mentions"display" rather than brandishing . Now , who decides if it is a "threatening" manner . Couldn't " Joe Citizen" say he felt threatened by someone OCing , therefore getting someone arrested? And what exactly is a "threatening manner" ? Seems to be a gray area as far as OC is concerned .
