He can do it himself like I've done on at least four occasions in the federal courts. I would also suggest he contact Alabama lawyer Larry Becraft.

State or city court, maybe.
Federal court pro se? LOL, I don't personally know anyone astute enough to make that leap. From what I've seen in the middle district of Lousyana, they don't seem to cut any slack for pro se litigants, you're supposed to know the federal rules of procedure as if you're an attorney.

Oh, that's right. Unlike the civil rights movement of the 60's, we have NO attorney.
WE?

It has been said that you are investigating setting up such a program to which posters can subscribe. How is that coming?

It would likely be a whole lot further along had a certain so-called 2A rights activist taken his sellout, go-away-pay-off money, put it where his mouth is, and used it to advance the cause vs. the small minded sqandering of it on himself.

Perhaps seeding some kind of legal fund to help others wrongly arrested? How about at the very least simplyinvesting in a database of 2A lawyers? How much would have using their money for THOSE kind ofchoices have pissed off the GPD vs. some stupid motorcycle that affects them none what so ever and they rarely see? Using theirown money to sue themwhenever they got out of line would be FAR more effective!!

EvenMark freely admits I'm righton the first page of this thread...

And the best way to do that very thing is to SHOW THEM HOW IT WORKS IN COURT.

His preaching of anything regarding legalhelp for2A rightsvictims is hollow and without meritIMHO.

Bird Dog's entire position is based on how 'unclear' the law is, thus initiating qualified immunity because a supposedly reasonable officer cannot be certain.

I offer that just because one has to read several sections of law, and even some case law, maybe, does not equate to 'unclear.' Convoluted, maybe. But once followed to it's end, the rabbit hole does have an answer in it, and it is not confusing or unclear. So, Bird Dog's position fails. The answer is clear, it just takes a while to find it.

Whether a Court in East Bumblephuck AL would agree, who knows... Judges do whatever they want these days, especially in that region...

I also offer that deliberately writing a convoluted law in the hopes that it can be abused by Officers to reach farther than it's advertised intent, is Treason on the part of Lawmakers. But that's just the MEM in me...

Lastly, the rest of the State has it figured out, why doesn't Bird Dog or his cohorts? The rest of the State hasn't adopted this perspective because they thought it would be fun that day... I'm quite sure all localities and agencies who have acknowledged it have done so very grudgingly; the gov NEVER likes to give up power over it's slaves...
