Due to the weather preventing me from getting any work done I am surfing away on my laptop and came across this and thought I would share.

I personally would love to see a similar law here since it seems we can be forced to purchase whatever the Gov feels is necessary but thats just IMO. Plus I would already be abiding by that one...lol. What are your thoughts?

actually it a political ploy to illustrate that the gov't can NOT require every one to purchase something (ie health care)

neat idea but both overstep the gov'ts authority (although states would have a better chance of it being legal than the Feds b/c the Constitution leaves all powers not enumerated to the states)
