I sense a great disturbance in the force...

Welcome to the site, Potent Dagger. Glad to have you participating. That said, it looks like you kicked the wrong hornet's nest. One of the rules of OCDO, and an all around good idea, is that if you make a claim you should cite your source. I ought to tell you to look it up, since you should have read them before you started posting, but I'll save you the trouble (and I wouldn't want to violate the rule myself ;) ).
(5) CITE TO AUTHORITY: If you state a rule of law, it is incumbent upon you to try to cite, as best you can, to authority. Citing to authority, using links when available,is what makes OCDO so successful. An authority is a published source of law that can back your claim up - statute, ordinance, court case, newspaper article covering a legal issue, etc.

There. Since a lot of what you said is already lying bleeding on the floor, allow me to address one of the remaining issues.

The second thing is to check with the Alcohol Beverage Control Board to see if they have any regulations that say you can not be armed while working in an establishment that serves alcohol.

I'll give you a pass since you didn't actually claim that they had restrictions. You also never showed where they were given any authority to make them. Here's a hint: there aren't any, and nowhere were they not given that authority. Here's a link to the Alabama Administrative Code for the ABC to help you out: http://alabamaadministrativecode.state.al.us/docs/abc/index.html

Sorry if any of us has come across as harsh. We just don't like disinformation.
