Gun-control debate could use more facts, less emotion

Funny thing though, it wasn't Neil doing the trolling. People were trolling him, and started a "ban stainless" campaign through PMs. They simply started spamming the moderators, and made empty threats to leave if stainless remained, until the admin banned him out of frustration, in order to keep the peace. Stainless1911 should be re activated, and those who participated in strongarming the admin and mods, should be banned. They were the ones doing the trolling. They were the ones causing the disturbance.

And there are gun owners who believe added "reasonable regulations" are ok. Right or wrong we need to work on this front as well.

Guess I fall into that crowd because I believe people convicted of violent felonies don't need to own guns again, the mentally unstable shouldn't own guns, there are other examples of "reasonable regulations" I am sure.

Carry while intoxicated is sheer stupidity! Whether it be medical pot or alcohol, or prescription medication, it is a no brainer that if you feel high or stoned leave the gun locked up in the gun safe, till that person is no longer stoned/high/drunk/drugged.

Anyone who supports that stupidity does not need to be on a gun site destroying the reputation of the 99% who are responsible gun owners.

It's always a pattern of stupid decision making, insane acts, and an evil heart that leads to mass shootings, and I have seen, heard, or read some (well one) on this site admit to acts that really concern me as to their sanity. And they make claims to be my and other gun owners voice? WTF! :banghead: They need to learn to shut up and quit shooting off their mouth for once, then make silence a habit.

Judging by your righteous response, most of us can rightly assume you do have experience carrying a firearm while stoned out of your mind?! Seriously? Why would any sane person think this is a good idea? Wait I said "sane", sorry never mind, my erroneous assumption..


But being responsible is now anti? Really? Not being drunk or blasted out of ones mind on dope while carrying a gun is anti to you? What planet are you from? The stainless Galaxy I would assume, way out there in left field.

How much experience do you have with this, personally? Judging by your post, I'd say none. This is typical of people who are anti.
