sjhipple just informed me that GMU has their new weapon's policy posted:

The policy has been "under review" since last year. We now know exactly what we are up against. This policy was changed to remove wording that applied it to visitors and contracted services! Thus, GMU currently has no prohibition against the general public carrying on campus, only against "faculty, staff and students."
I wonder if they are going to still try and use the fallacious argument that they can ban the public from carrying into GMU buildings?!?
It is also interesting to note that there is no punishment listed for a violation of this policy. :question:
