Girl Scout Cookies for the Troops

My wife is a girl scout troop leader here in Lansing. This yearher troop is participating in something called "Cookies for the Troops." Basically, in addition to their selling cookies for money to fund troop activities, they are taking donations for boxes of cookies to be sent to our troops overseas. They will be accompanied by letters from the girls thanking them for their service and sacrifice. The cookies are $3.50 a box and checks can be made out to "GSHOM'' which stand for Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan Council. They can be sent to:
