Girlfriends dad passed away and my gf would like to inherit some of his guns for private use. He had everything legal in NJ. We live in FL. We can are legally able to own guns, I am also active military. Any suggestion on route and what legal things need to be done? Thank you.

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Way too many unaswered questions for a quick and simple answer i.e. did he leave a will, who is the executor, is girl friend of legal age to receive guns...............?
