The background checks are an infringement as is. They don’t need to be expanded.

A person should be able to point to a gun, hand me some cash, and (as long as I don’t know that he or she is a prohibited person) purchase the firearm. It shouldn’t be my job to police others.

To dangerous to be armed, to dangerous to be free of prison.



Its not likely to get thru the Senate. However if it does Trump will likely sign it just as he signed fix NICS.
