First, I dont think the cops should even be able to confront you if someone calls "MWAG"! All they should be able to do is investigate. And by investigate I mean show up and abserve what your doing. " If your actually doing something wrong, by all means treat that person like a criminal"!
Second, Cops shouldnt be able to touch your GUN!!! If your actually conducting crime, Then They Should SHOOT YOU!!!!

This is far from being law, but I believe its the best way to go.
What do yall think?

How did you go about getting an audio recording of the phone call? I can see how that would be a very useful tool to have in proving or disproving a case in court.

Phone calls to 911 or non-emergency dispatch, and police radio traffic may be obtained through FOIA requests. Essentially, if you ask, in writing, for such records, LEAs are bound by Federal and State law to provide this information to you. Calls to police dispatch are a "matter of public record", and therefore are available to the public if requested.
