Can we please start a separate thread? We seem to have veered off the original topic.

Thanks!

Anyhow, Delavan, April 3rd, Starbucks, be there or be square!

I agree.... I was concerned in the begining of this discussion that we were off topic...and it just kinda snowballed...I will start a new thread with the final outcome.

My apologies...

Anybody planning on going today? For the first time in a while I have the perfect storm of no family activities planned and passable roads between here and there. :D

I will be there right at 1:00 and I believe the usual suspects will be as well. There are usually anywhere from 15-25 of us that file through during the afternoon.

I am not promising anything but there is a possibility a special guest might show up towards the end.

I hope she's going to pop out of a cake.... :shocker: :monkey

will this be a Quinn/Martin production? Sorry guys, my government has me 'interspacialy trapped' today, working on home labor projects, then down to the shop for more work, my only hope is to maybe sneak out to the range late in the day, with the youngest to finally get some time in shooting. I hope the event goes well, and many attend.

I will be there and have tons of extra WCI cards for those that may need more or were not able to make it to the annual meeting to get some.

We had around 20 folks. 2 newbies. The special guest couldn't make it. It was a long shot.

Justice David Prosser was supposed to make it into Delavan today and stop by his call center and possibly the meet and greet. We got a call from the call center at 3:30 saying to come over and we all hot footed it over. The they got a call saying his plane was weathered in Wassau. He called on a speaker phone and rallied the troops. Oh well, as I said, it was a long shot.

Nice try Paul! On the way to the call center I told Jenny to keep her camera at the ready encase I had an opportunity to shake his hand, I told her to make sure she got the WCI shirt and my firearm in the pic :), that would have been cool. Like you said oh well, glad you didn't tell us earlier and get us too worked up! One good thing, we learned we can mobilize on the drop of a dime! That Starbucks had to be like a ghost town right after we shuffled out....lol

Yellow Cat Teaches Utah "Permission Slip" Course Right After May 1 Meet-n-Greet

Please see related thread.

The Yellow Cat will teach the State of Utah "Permission Slip" (Concealed Firearm Permit) course at a ridiculously low fee immediately after the Delavan Starbucks Meet-n-Greet on May 1, 2011.

Please see the related thread for course fees and to obtain the course materials over the internet.

Saturday is my Birthday and my wife is taking me away somewhere. I might not make it back in time to come to the meet but should make it to the UT class in East Troy.
