I have A Springfield XD 45 ACP compact in stainless steel slide,My Dad has A Springfield XD 45 ACP compact blued and we love them. they hit what every you point them at, after all that is all you need. And they are a blast to shoot.

I picked up a PF-9 at the gun show 2 weeks ago and think it was the best move I could make to ensureI had the most concealable 9mm on the market. Today I put an order in for a 642 Airweight with Crimson Trace grips for my wife (she's been asking me for it :celebrate).

This is for size comparison with my little paw :cool:As you can see, full size 1911's were a little intimidating until I had developed muscle control, but now I can handle the CZ75B without feeling like I will lose control of the gun.

I bought my first gun so that I would have "overlap" of my middle finger over my thumb, thus completing a closed grip.
