State representatives from the Cleveland area proposed legislation Monday that would restrict anyone 21 or younger from possessing a firearm.
He's going to try to puch past the rock solid state preemption we just got with a historic veto-override."Younger and younger people are committing crimes with firearms," he said. "There are too many people being killed."
