Cedar rapids OC

I took the plunge an oc today at subway on blairsferry the gun shop in Marion an uncle sams. It was my first oc only cause I just got lazy and didn't want to put on my iwb holster. Got some looks is all. At the gun show there was a cop but he didn't say a word which is good. He looked like a rookie too. I'm glad I didn't have any issues I tried to look as nonthreatening as I could. Anyway so far so good.

Good to hear. I was honestly expecting to hear something a little more on the hostile sign when I clicked on the link for this thread, but I'm glad my expectations weren't met.

I know. I don't know how the crpd or linn county sheriffs feel about the whole oc but I wasn't gunna get in to argument with any of them like some people do.

A battle of wits is never a good thing when your dealing with someone who thinks that he has the power to tell you your wrong.

Congrats on the first OC. Keep up the good work.

I havent been to CR outside of work yet, but when I do, Ill definately OC.

thanks I'm portly gonna keep doing it with winter coming up. When its hot I wear sleeveless shirts that conceal my gun great. But with fall I'll start putting on a t-shirt but I'm not cold enough to put a jacket on. An my t-shirts don't conceal it as well.
