Yeah, no. The government is as responsible for causing poverty and twisted market conditions as it is for "help" it provides necessitated by this self-fulfilling prophecy.

Heck, the geographic concentration of poverty itself is a very American artificiality of government. (First, enforcing slavery, then the destructive manner in which slavery was ended. Other more recent factors tend to be governmental in origin as well.)

Never said that I don't agree. But it's not going to change the outcome any when it's cut.

Anyone think there medical or financial records will be protected under Obamacare?

I think it's very naive to think that mandating medical records be available online is really for the patients. Or is that not what you're referring to?

What I am saying is that our whole medical and financial life will be on display for all to see.

There will be no privacy from private sector companies or goverment agency's. Thats scary!

I agree completely - privacy is very important to me! I also believe that privacy and security go hand-in-hand. If someone can eliminate your privacy, eliminating your security is just a step away, and if they can eliminate your security then your privacy is theirs for the taking.
