Hey Handy, nice job throwing out visual insults. Could you be anymore childish? I think some growing up is in order.

The freedom of speech stops when you trespass. By all of your posts. The press has the right to go any where they wish to if they are doing so for their job and that would include private property. Yes, That is what you are saying. Reality is, that press pass and press title doesn't give them the right to trespass on private property anywhere. Their rights stop when they violate others right. If I ask the press to leave or not enter my property and they do, guess what. They violated my rights and they will be arrested.

He's incapable of carrying out, or enforcing, what you -and the one blogger- are complaining of.
Also, like we said, the news agency-in this case CBS-since that's the one who's issue you quoted, doesnt even care enough to report on it, or complain about it, via it's own channels.

In spite of your delusions, it really, truly, is apples and oranges. Trying to somehow drag a non-issue into the base issue of these forums, and then try to twist it around to compare it to your own little pet issue...just flat fails.
And once more, Bloomberg cant black out a damned thing if he wanted to. He can try-and fail, and he can bitch,moan and cry about it all he wants.
If the reporters in question are denied ONE vantage point from which to report on something- they can simply attempti it from another, if less convenient vantage point-and broadcast from there.

Short of committing a shitload of FCC violations by actively jamming a transmission from a reporter in the field-to their h.q., or figuring out some means of stopping webcams/podcasts and 100 other methods of getting the story out, there aint jack he can do -despite any admitted desires or attempts to do so.
THEREFORE, NO 1A harm is done. If he cannot commit the crime, of he lacks the means or the capability to do so, the crime is NOT commited.
