The analysis revealed Milwaukee sees 49.04 robberies per 10,000 people.
Somebody need to explain this number.
According to the report, there were 319,356 robberies nationwide in 2017.
The number works out to be almost 1 robbery in 100 people in 2017.

If one BG robbs one cashier at Home Depot where the total of employees and customers present was 100, is that considered 1 robbery in 100 people?

Usually stats are done with X crimes per number of population of the city.

Protias, et al, please remember while mandates are in place community/state LE report their crime statistics there is no mandated audit system nor punishment in place to oversee if in fact the data reported to DoJ’s is valid and inclusive!

Wait for it...

lies, darn lies, and bloody statistics...
