Can someone clarify if the strikeouts are a good or bad thing. I prefer HB593 as it removes all restricted areas.
Does anyone have a list of the differences of where you can carry based on having a permit versus not having a permit (once constitutional carry is official 1/1/2017)? If not we should come up with a list.

There appears to be some changes in the proposed bill. Can anyone decipher this? I see the part about changing the age to 21 years of age but there are some other changes as well.
