I am in the process of moving from Dutchess to Sullivan County. I believe I will need to transfer my permit there soon. Are there any differences in the laws or are there any personal experiences from Sullivan County anyone could tell me about? I just would like to know what to expect.

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software.
