Two law abiding, of age citizens with no criminal or mental record standing side by side. One of them aquires a concealed weapons permit by, basically, spending a little money and wrestling paperwork. Both may open carry, a right they have; not because the law says they CAN, but because there is no law that says they CANNOT. The rules and regs. that govern the concealed weapons permit holder say he may not carry in certain locations; for example, a parade. May they both open carry at a parade? There is no law that prevents it, except forthe concealed weapons permit holder, so it must be legal, correct?
