Sometime this year i swear i read an article pertaining to the GFZ; stating that unless the facility or building has proper measures in place i.e metal detector .etc to ensure all persons entering abide by the rule and are unarmed that they can't enforce it?

My thought on GFZ's is quite simple.

Don't advertise yourself as a gun free zone if you aren't willing to protect EVERY person entering that building if things get out of control. If you take away my right to defend my self will you defend me?

edit: i'm sure this has been discussed but was wanting to know if there was at one point legal movement on the matter this year
