OC Under 21.
Hello, I have a friend (who has a handgun, and wants to opencarry) says many cops (franklin county/roanoke) , the clerk, and his uncle who is a ex cop, told him you have to be 21 to OC. Everywhere I check says 18. Does anyone here have any experience of OCing under 21? I know their are many... -
